Bakso Super Spesial
Named as Bakso Super Spesial, because it is not just ordinary bakso (meatball soup). Super, because it has one big tennis ball sized of meatball, containing boiled egg, to accompany the yellow egg noodle and the good size meatballs. Special, because it has got wontons and tofus with chicken fillings inside. So delicious, that the soup is so tasty and the choi sum (Chinese cabbage) is so crunchy. While the sprinkled chopped spring onions and fried shallots make the dish so merry. To bring to another level, add some hot chilli sauce....Hhhmmmm...yuummy.....perfect to kick the cold weather...

Ketoprak
There 2 different meaning of Ketoprak. One is a traditional performing art from Central Java, and the other one is the popular kind of food from Jakarta. Of course, we are talking about the later. The ingredients are vermicelli, bean sprouts, fried tofu coated in egg, sliced spring onions & fried shallots. Peanut sauce are poured over it, and some crackers are added before serving. Definitely a signature dish from Jakarta.
