Otak Otak


The texture of this sophisticated dish is a bit soft and squishy, the reason its name of Otak Otak. A kind of tasty fish cake, it is served with spicy sour peanut sauce along side. The fish is cooked and wrapped with banana leaf, and then BBQed. The flavour is so beautiful, that just makes the dish so mouthwatering.

Rendang


Rendang is the name of this particular dish. It is originally from Minang area,and usually served for special occasion. The delicious spicy, sometimes hot, dish is often using tender beef as the main ingredient. Being cooked long with various spices, it is so perfect with steam rice.

Bakwan Malang


Really love tofu, and this time it is stuffed with chicken before steaming it. Served as Bakwan Malang, it is joyous delicious soup with stuffed tofu, beef meatballs, fried wonton cointaining chicken, a little bit spring onion and fried shallot. Not to forget sambal abang-abang, this dish is perfect to compensate your hunger in the afternoon...:-)

Tahu Isi


This stuffed tofu, or we usually call it as Tahu Isi, is a good dish suitable for snacks or to be served along with rice (lauk-pauk). The tofu is stuffed with chicken and peas, but could also be made specially for vegetarian by stuffing vegetable only e.g: carrots, bean sprout, cabbage. It's tasty, it's yummy, and perfect with chili for those who love it hot!

Summer Cheesecake


Summer Cheesecake is a perfect name for this type of cheesecake. Eventhough it goes through no baking process, this particular cheesecake is so mouthwatering for you can taste the creamy texture of the cheese, the beautiful flavor of vanilla, the freshness hint of lemon, the summer joy of those fruit.
