Chicken Noodle ala Bakmie GM

The recipe of this dish was adapted from a very popular noodle restaurant in Jakarta. This mouthwatering dish comprises of a generous portion of noodles, with succulent pieces of mushroom and chicken placed on top and blanched crunchy choy sum on the side. A separate bowl of tasty chicken broth is served with this dish. If that's not enough to topple you off your seat, we're adding in delicious fried wonton containing chicken/fish filling with special chilli sauce to complement the taste.
